I've unlocked my first Halloween girl, the Succubus. Every 5,000 stones, you can choose one of the three girls to summon. It'll be a little tight to get another 10,000 stones by Nov 12th, it'll take some luck with getting legendary 8h/24h missions, but we'll see.
Shouldn't be too hard, with the event now in full swing and adding to Legendary chance.
