26 Levels, then it maxes out.

Apparently, there's a 'you only get 200 keys max per day'-limit now? Might be that.

Only the image maxes out. I have in on lvl 34 and it still can be upgraded

I can't seem to further the email thread with Mrs.Rider. The timer has counted down but the complete previous threads notification still remains even though I have replied to all emailed and unlocked the image.

Has anyone experience this before?

You probably unlocked the next dialogue with the schoolgirl - they work in tandem.
