How many levels do you have when you are selling? A level 25 sign is a x5 multiplier to your shares. Assuming you two are selling at a similar level then their sign is around level 50 for a x10 multiplier instead of a x5. Though that probably isn't the case as my sign is only level 44 and I'm level 195, so I doubt a level 46 has a level 50. If your signs are a similar level then the they would be selling with around twice the levels you are. Most likely you just don't have as many levels when you sell your company as them. They probably have a higher overall multiplier as well. So they are able level up their girls faster and as a result get shares faster.

I have a 232x multplier and 936.2K prestige multplier and I'm resetting at like 7-8k levels. That's usually when it starts to slow down dramatically. My highest girl multiplier is like 112x

If I was to sell with 7500 levels I'd get around 960k and my sign is level 44(x8.8) so your'e not that far off. As far as I'm aware nothing but the sign affects the amount of shares you get. Other multipliers only speed up how often you sell. So if you have the sign I don't think you could be missing anything that is affecting your shares. It could also be that the other guy is waiting longer before selling. For example it could take you 5 minutes to get up to 700k shares and the other guy could be waiting 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc. to get to 1.4M. Hell for all we know they could be resetting once per day.
