Just sort your girls by multiplier and always hire 11th girl on the list.... or girl you can hire for the 1st time so you start receiving her letters

The only one that really matters is the 11th girl as she makes like 98% of the profit anyways. I find it really doesn't matter what order you put the rest in as long as the girl with the highest multiplier is hired last. As for the decorations that increase the girls' multipliers just pick a girl and focus on leveling up the decos that correspond to her, no point in wasting shares on the others.
