What is the use for the multiplier that you earn in the roulette? You know, x3, x5, etc.

those increase your income, in the late game its all about multipliers. i am not sure, but in think it is better to buy them in the shop, than to buy spins on the wheel (the free ones are nice though)

Keep upgrading and you will go faster, there is no secret. More multipliers = more money

Should I start to fill the seats with the girls who have the highest or lowest Multiplier?

Can i still get the event girls when the event is over? For example: I'm missing 200 candy, but started a quest with 240 candy. It will be over 2 hours after event. Will it still count?

Honestly, you should ONLY care about your 11th girl. That's the one with the highest multiplier. So just place 10 random girls (their multipliers don't matter) and then pick the girl with the highest multiplier as your 11th seat.
As for the event, I just finished the last girl today. It took me like 200 diamonds which I had saved up from tourneys anyways. Unfortunately, I think there won't be any way to get those event girls after the event itself expires.
side note: I didn't take it completely serious, misses out on a few chances to get more canes so I ended up having to spend diamonds. I'm pretty certain it would've been possible without those diamonds though.

this should be fine according to the chat. started quests will finish, and for something like a week (better dont stress too much) you will be able to summon, but you will not be able to start new adventures
