there was an email thread for amber, where the tokens you needed for the last response, had been bottles of lube. the response was an animation. in order to get those bottles, you had to complete daily quests, which for a week or so gave each one bottle, instead of the usual 5 rubies.

but if you just started, then upgrade 3 decorations for one girl that you will hire as 11th in your room (breast size, hight, feet). This will give you higher base multiplier.
For Amber "the Secretary" you would upgrade:
- Height: medium - 5'6" (170cm) - Wallpaper
- Breast Size: large - 34DDD/F - Chandelier
- Feet: large - 8.5 (39 EU) - Suitcase

If you hover over the decoration you can read what it affects

there is no cool down period (5, 15, 30 minutes) after you sell or buy stock. this last for 10 minutes
