Well, I can always allow you to protect the pages, rather than just blocking out all guests from doing anything at all on the whole wiki. If you want complete control over a specific wiki left to full members and above, that can be done. Actually, that wiki is built in to the forum software. It uses the same accounts.
Now, if you want to add all the card art.. I'll have to implement a solution for that. I need to remain compliant with networks like google adsense that don't allow their ads on pages with adult content. I have an idea for it, just need to see if I can make it work.

We can do that just by having a santized version of the page with a link to the 18+ page.
It's a bit more work, but it's doable.

Currently, in the JP wiki you have two listings of all cards in a category:

• One with icons, Lvl1 & 100 SED, method of acquirement, and some extra notes
• One with full art of Lvl1, and all the extra data

Seeing as all the extra data would be moving to the individual pages, we could just build the icon view with links to individual pages.

Part of the info I'd like added, besides all the things you can find in the card's datapage of the app, is a small list of categories for the images of the card (Like paizuri/titf*, solo, tentacles, trans, big/small boobs, etc).
Another thing would be, as I said, any link between two cards.

The correct structure for this would be:

1. List per category (N Moe, SR Sexy, etc) of all cards in game:
   
   • Icon
   • Name
   • Lvl1 SED
   • Lvl100 SED
   • Rarity
   • Attribute
   • How to get it
   • Notes
   • Link to Full Card Page
2. Full Card Page for each card in the game:
   
   • Basic stats
   • SED for each Lvl
   • Every image in thecard's evolution
   • Special ability
   • Background
   • Any link/info that appears in the card's data
   • Link to the character's page
3. A character page for each gal in the game:
   
   • All the accumulated info from all her cards (Yes, many of the gals actually appear in two to four different cards)
   • Listing of all the cards that feature her
   • Any link/info that can be found in the gal's data

I'm ambitious enough to not only build something like that, but actually start filling the character pages with info from JP gals that we won't be seeing for months/years

I don't think I can allow hentai terms like that to be used. It's the kind of thing googlebot picks up on to flag websites as 18+.

As for the card pictures. just having them link to another page isn't acceptable. It's actually also against the ToS to do that. My potential idea what to wrap the 18+ content in a BB code that can only be seen by those with member status, gained at 20 posts. I don't really like having to do that, but if you want them there, that would be the only option. Otherwise, if these networks come here and see those, game over.

Can 2. and 3. not be combined into one card detail page? Just have it list other appearances or something.

Was thinking something like this, but with PPS instead. Clicking on the name bellow the icon will take you to the individual page:
