Thread: A glitch in the display?

I have just come across this issue toady, it appears to come up over certain users, specifically every unregistered user's post. I'm not sure whether this is simply user error from something I accidentally changed in the settings or a glitch, and how can I fix it (click the image to enlarge it).

Seems to have been caused by a plugin I recently installed.
