Thank to Valentine Knotweed, I've finally managed to beat lv172 of the Infinite Castle, this clear is very dumb but I take it, I tried even my best team with Corbett and couldn't beat it because this level deals a ton of damage, and they're also hard to kill too because the middle one can regen 100% HP when he gets low.

I even recorded a clear video because it was dumb, really dumb stuff



P/s: And well, next levels after 172 are really easy, like 5x easier
And my future plan is to FG Jack in the Pulpit and use her together with Valentine Knotweed, together they look like a great combo!

But now I kinda want to ask a few question:
- Should I use 36.000 FS to buy her other 4 copies to max her out because I don't know how important it's to unlock 4 equipment slots, as I don't know how much power can I gain from 1 slot to 4 slots. But I'm running low on my FS stock tho and I kinda want to get Zinnia, Adlay.
- Being an intercept girl and her skill is kinda just there, if it gives 1 stack of dodge per skill activation then I may consider but it's just damage, I do think maxing her skill activation rate won't be that big of a deal ?
- And a question about the FM The birth of a poster girl:

I did some researchs and so far Japanese players rated this FM as the best FM of the game for damage, but there's only 5 copies of this FM maximum. Should I juse use FM upgrade item "6* Memory Flower" to max them out (slowly and steady) and have 5 maxed copies of this FM ? I consider this a long-term investment.

Huh, so the usual three didn't do nearly as well as usual (Silk Tree and Pinkladies finished outside the top 20, Anemone was 15th). It looks like Licorice and Cattleya get to continue closing the gap between them and Anemone in terms of alternate versions.

Silktree, Anemone and Pinkladies out of the top 10... I should return to my home world. But it's not that bad I guess.


I managed to beat the 10 new castle floors. It was pure hell. But what a fun hell. Lvl196 is easily one of the worst. Lvl200 is a nightmare but reaching over 2 billions with Corbett is oddly satisfiying. I managed to beat that but I still don't know at all how it's full heal mechanics works. I have no idea how you're supposed to beat that without at least Adlay+Zinnia+Corbett. I want to see a clear with no Ancient Knights.
I hope that new free 6* is worth it.

Nope. Slots don't deserve 360oo FS. It can be good with four 6* equipement for bonuses but it's definitively better to keep your FS. Have 4 slots won't make her super hyper broken. Just a bit better.

If special evasion stacks, max her skill for sure. 6* Skill flowers are not that rare. Evade and Miss have higher priority than special evasion. If you can stack it, you're virtually immortal as long as you don't fight enemies with too much accuracy buff.

I fused all of them. Not sure it was the best thing to do but it's done.
To have 5 maxed copies, you need to get 20 6* FM flowers, at the small cost of 100 R-medals each. It's extremly expensive and needs a lot of time to get this. Not mentioning that you may want other FM from R-medal shop or some girls like Pavonnia.
Or you could just do something in between like keeping two or three copies and fuse the others. For two copies, you will only need 600 R-medals.
Note that's it totally useless if it's not fully unlocked. (+15% self attack is... meh).

I didn't know it was the best. I always use A single shot to cut an opening for self ATK buff. I guess The Birth of a Poster Girl? works better when you want to insta-kill something.

I don't know how new it is but I just thought about it today. If it really decrease speed by 250, you can now get 1 speed with a team of <250 speed girls. Nice. I almost want to buy it just to try.
I also noticed Hinoki parallel academy has 300 speed instead of 4* Hinoki's 200. But not White Clover. She carry her snail speed to her 6* version, making her the absolute slowest girl (while Honeysuckle is the fastest with 820 speed).

From this blogpost I think I want Usagigoke (Swimsuit), such a great companion for my Knoweed Valentine.

Then this is my draft team composition:
- Knotweed Valentine (main interceptor/DPS)
- Usagigoke (Swimsuit)
- Jack in the Pulpit (Hit down debuff, crit buffs)

I need to find 2 more girls to complete this team. From my point of view, I think need to add more intercept girls to make this team really an intercept team, but if Valentine Knotweed can carry team DPS then I can choose a safer route with more buff girls or more avoid buff girls. Sadly this team can't really make use of a healer because having a healer will ruin Knotweed Valentine.

Eventhen I think the team in the blogpost above still has many flaws, like not being able to protect Dusty Miller (Parallel Academy) and it got a lot rough a the end because girls just keep getting knocked out.

Honestly I'm very interested in the potential of Valentine Knotweed, she looks like the future defined of intercept meta (not relying on pure dodge but relying on 100% dodge stacks), I can't wait to summon new low HP girls (I don't think Valentine Adlay is that great, and so far I couldn't find a blogpost/video about her, but I do think Usagigoku Swinsuit is a locked slot, she's just too good to not have) to make her better.

And currently I don't think there's an FM that grants chance to evade, then I believe that is another important piece that I need to keep in mind for my future plan. But I found some interesting FMs:

To be fair, those 3 did get disqualified from obtaining a new form due to the Hall of Fame.

To be honest, even as good player, cheap strategies works and may even be the only way (hi floor 196). But that makes the game really fun. More than just sending the big guns and destroying everything.

Usagigoke (swimsuit) is nice (and you will have 100% to get her in one of the swimsuit 30FG gacha this summer).
I usually use that team with her as main intercept team: (FM are adapted for castle floor 197). sometimes I replace Purslane with regular Usagigoke for extra hit rate debuff.
They just can't die but can't kill anything with too much HP (you may hit the hidden turn limit after ~30min before killing the enemy).

For your team, Vanda or Red Spider Lily (Dress of Sparkling Passion) may be great for Intercept damage buff and another attacker with Red Spider Lily. Vanda allows to reach 70% hit rate debuff (even if her 50% is way too much with 60% from Jack).

As FM, you may want An enthusiastic comeback!. It cover the 10% miss needed to reach 70% (on one enemy though) and gives a good ATK buff.

Thank god Honeysuckle Parallel is back, I need to get the most out of her

NBPEL> I just realized that Bluet (Rising Star) works pretty well with Knotweed and a evade/miss team. She don't have regular evade herself but her 100% retain HP and two special evade are great and let her survive enough to give all her buff. Works even better with Usagigoke Swimsuit for the extra special evade, extra retain HP and extra intercept.
You may want to try it.
