It comes from promotion ability, healing boost. It increased healing effect by 30% and max hp by 25% max lv.

Needless to say, this skill also made Kerria broken beyond the realm of rainbows.

This skill can be equipped by everyone, it best used on girls with drain effect like Kerria and Red Ginger of course.

I was gonna go for dat plant but I forgot it had to be "flowers" unless FKG ran out of flowers and did non flowers

They did Pine Tree and Fir Treeand they are not flower or angiosperm plants. And anyway, the Venus fly trap IS a flower:
