There isn't really a good translation. 椀こ means small bowl (the こ is a diminutive) in Iwate dialect and there's a distinct style of eating soba there where you get 10+ small bowls of soba and can add all kinds of different toppings and ingredients, so you can really savor the range of tastes, but the portions are so small that all of them combined only make up roughly one regular sized bowl. And every time you empty a bowl, you stack them on top of each other (kind of like the shot glasses are stacked on top of each other in the picture).

Wanko soba is also often used in speed-eating and binge eating contests and all-you-can-eat restaurants/events. There a server stands by with trays full of small bowls and empies them continuously into your big bowl as it gets empty. It looks visually very impressive as dozens upon dozens of bowls stack up on the table, which is probably why it's so popular.

Thanks. I didn't know it was on the wiki. I wondered why the grey panel on the event screen. Know I have my answer.
Maybe they will bring back the very old concept of the boss you can fight multiple times with multiples steps of difficulties (we got... two of them? A long long looooong time ago). If that's the case, it will be cool. I kinda liked the concept.

I am getting better results out of Roman, rather than Vervain on this one

by over 100K so far. looks like like the transformation xtra turn is responsible because I don't have her built up at all.

I gave Roman a 3rd affection and ATK ampy. Took it up to 660.
I see that I will need to RG Liatris to max this setup. Adds some RNG re-action to Cattleya.

I love how Cattleya+Vervain/Roman Chamomille combo totally broke the new "test your strengh" stuff. Your supposed to fight the boss and climb up to the 70M damages little by little over the week. And thoses two just outpass 40 times the last goal in one battle. I feel a bit sad for the devs.
But on the good side, it's the dream fight to play with Cattleya power. Finally something that don't die before she can achieve truly insane damages.
I also kinda like how the top players all use the same team. I think having this kind of immortal boss all the time for team and damage testing would be great.

Ill give that balsam fm a try for a day see what happens, but the 30% skill dmg (+10% with the transformation bonus) think its best I got for Cattleya. Its RNG how many times she can get her re-action. Cattleya extremely powerful and extremely slow and is nice not to have to struggle to keep her alive for 3 or 4 turns so she can really shine.
