I have a very weak 4 squad, I want to evolve it (there everything was already max), but there are 4 star knights and 1 five, is it worth starting with 4 stars or better at once 5?

I think I recall someone saying that you should concentrate on one girl first to get her to max lvl in order to be able to see good helper teams.
Someone would need to confirm this though.

i have good helper, lvl160+ and 170k+ BR, 1 alli is 209 lvl
