I cannot find Nae - not in mailbox, not in garden. What shall i do?
Upd: relogin/clear cache didn't helped

Did you max her out during the Event? I don't know if you also get her if you didn't max her.

Nae isn't in the garden accessoire tab.

You can find her in the character tab together with Nazuna (filter should help you to find her quicker):
