Yep once daily you get 3 chances at random Rg stones and 1 pull (★ 6 0.8% ★ 5 10.2% ★ 4 89.00%) for 100 DMM.

Yeah, there's some neat stuff in these panels from time to time. That very same comic has a reference to the three wise monkeys, for example. One of the monkeys has a blindfold, another one has earplugs, and the last one's mouth is covered with a mask. See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.

Oh, and the golden circlet on one of the monkey's head might be a reference to Sun Wukong (Son Goku in Japan).

Yup, I caught those too.

The golden circlet can be seen in many other manga/anime/game that feature some sort of Sun Wukong/Son Goku, so I'm sure it's a reference here as well.
As far as I remember the circlet was a restraining tool put on the frivolous monkey to keep him in check and could shrink or expand by the master's will.

And in the first panel, the circlet monkey hold a ball that looks like a dragon ball.

For the wise monkey and Sun Wukong reference, it's not only the comic but Mimulus herself. That made her and interesting character despite her weakness in battles.
