I noticed in the tales from the gacha thread that there's now a way to auto-sell any 3* or 4* Knights you pick up. Is that an option under the settings menu?

And since I buy out all rewards at once, at the end, for the first time in 4 years I've been playing this game I haven't bought a single event reward...
