For me the game not only froze, when I tried to restart it now straight out refuses to load.

I don't think it is too late. It's barely even 27.07. in Japan, so we still have a few hours if someone wants to set one up.

Yeah, a browser cache clear is needed in such cases.
If you don't want to delete other websites' data, just deleted the one starting with "dugr" - it should have 1-2 GB downloaded.

Well, I only waited for a year and two months, but yes, both of them are crucial pieces for my teams falling into place at last. Hooray!

Does the Nazuna Day rock, paper, scissors give anything other than her recommended drinks? and are they worth anything beyond the 1% affection?

There was a list of possible rewards for the game, though it is no longer accessible.
Overall, it didn't get any better than normal affection presents.
