In a way it does. It makes characters' skill damage buffs as well as skill damage memories more potent — boosting each by 10%, and instead of additive stacking, it's multiplicative stacking — as a way of offseting her crit-disabling effect during the transformation.

Vervain's ability came with a note that has a demo video [link], albeit it was rather lacking.

A: Christmas Wolf Berry's party skill damage buff (15%)
B: Shiitake's skill damage buff, magic-restricted (40%)
C: Mizosoba's skill damage buff, magic-restricted (40%)
D: Iwarenge's skill damage self-buff (50%)
E: RM exchange's skill damage FM, magic-restricted, equipped to each unit, with all 5 at max limit break (15% each)

Iwarenge for example gets:
x = [(1 + A + 0.10)*(1 + B + 0.10)*(1 + C + 0.10)*((1 + D + 0.10)*((1 + E + 0.10)^5)] - 1
x = [(1 + 0.15 + 0.10)*(1 + 0.40 + 0.10)*(1 + 0.40 + 0.10)*(1 + 0.50 + 0.10)+((1 + 0.15 + 0.10)^5)] – 1
x = [(1 + 0.25)*(1 + 0.50)*(1 + 0.50)*(1.)*(1 + 0.60)*((1 + 0.25)^5)] – 1
x = [(1.25)*(1.50)*(1.50)*(1.60)*(1.25^5)] – 1
x = ~13.73 – 1
x = ~12.73
x = 1273%

Removing her self-buff from the equation, the rest of the party gets ~7.58 or 758%.

Vervain's ability makes her very suitable for the 90th floor, although she likely won't have that much of an impact in situations where we're allowed to use crit anyway.
