About the new affection system, someone knows the actual difference between the gold and the silver (or blue) ring? I guess one is a one time item to choose your true wife and the other is here for gameplay purpose?

Silver is for Eternal Oath, what me and unknown did.
Gold is for Eternal Oath (Blessing), only available for a limited number of girls right now and shows a scene. Girls with Eternal Oath (Blessing):

Additional note that you can only give the item for Eternal Oath (Blessing) after you've given them the Eternal Oath item. Also testing has shown that you can get the kiss scene from any version of the knight, so for instance you should be able to get it for either Water Lily or Water Lily (June Bride)
