Don't worry they were increased. For example, a Direct Command on the Lower back went from 336 -> 1680 and a Delegated Attack (1 hour) went from 70 -> 140.

It's worth noting that it is no longer more reward-efficient to go for shorter Delegated Attacks, 12 hour attacks give exactly 12x the rewards of 1 hour attacks. This is not the case with Contributions/Clear Points though, those are still more efficient when done in shorter attacks.

Okay. So, that's a good thing. Especially the medals not being related to the time. I guess it may be managable to get everything this time (as long as there is always a delegated attack running on the highest medal node, it should be a fixed maximum amount of medals).
I'm not sure but first time, Delegated attacks cost stamina isn't it? It looks like it's free now.

Tested on last level of castle and the pests flailed with absolutely no damage

314,100 medals to clear the shop, thats a pain to upkeep every event

I easily over-cleared the reward list on phase 1 like the last time. That's a bit sad. I guess it's good for weaker players who can't do all the daily stages.
But this time, it seems we got a LOT of Rose Medals. I already got everything usefull on the shop and I still have a nice leftover. It far far better than the first time.

The new Castle floor are... hard. But I like this.
Floor 127 says DEF debuff. But actually, Pursuit works too. It may be better. You can focus on ATK debuff, DEF buff and healing and still deals good damages since Pursuit is not affected by enemy DEF. Sparaxis and Lotus are good here. Robinia bride too.

edit: I don't really know how to do the last floor. The 10 turns limit is very annoying. Rose Yukata may help for damages here but I have no idea how to manage the HP loss. Intercept team may work but I don't know if they could do enough damages in only 10 turns.
