All the good ATK debuff are pure 6* sadly. I think you won't find promoted 5* with more than -30% ATK.
You may need some healing too. Or even better, a third evade girl (+ intercept). Vanda is interesrting if you can put your hand on her.
Sadly, most of the old 5* are bad due to not being reworked to fit the new game style. Most of the evade 5* still have that poor 80% evade first two turns and then 50%.

If you could gives a list of your 6* and 5*, it may help. Sometimes, there are hidden gems. Meh girls that really shines in a very specific combinaison.

Yeah, I'll post my list after rolling 1 more time, currently my list doesn't have anything worth noticing, really need to pull gacha to get the next power spike.

I just want to ask another question about daily activities, assuming that I've already cleared all story missions, extra maps, what should I do daily to get the most out of my stamina (and raid point) ?

And somehow people always kill raid boss so fast, I couldn't even get the most out of rare bosses because people just kill them before I can attack.

I think the Ampule dungeon is the best choice. You always want ampule (unless you litteraly swim in them). It's an easy and cheap way to boost your girls. Or you can farm main sorty mission with exp bonus to quickly level up and increase your stamina.
Then, Memory dungeons that gives petite oath heart are great.

For raid bosses, yeah. It's a bit of an issue. Just use one low level 2* or 3* to poke them. It will reduce loading time and combat time. Someone else will get the kill anyway. That faster you end the fight, the more chance you have to get another good one. Also, avoid raid bosses shared by friends. Some share them to friends only and no kill them.
Raid bosses out of raid bosses events are not worth it anyway. Low tier equipement seeds are beginners traps. Mid tier seeds are trash, high tier seeds are worth only for the abysmal chance of getting an EX ring (not even that worth it now). Only the new bosses with high tier seeds and low chance of aqua fragment deserve attention. But aqua fragment drop too rarely to make it significant.
Just focus on event equipements and don't take thoses raid bosses too seriously.

Yeah, I see, good thing I've never killed a raid boss and always poke them with my weakest unit. I kinda miss last event, rewards from raid bosses are pretty good with rainbow upgrade item. The current farming event is pretty chill, I dunno if the reward is good enough.

And I just got Dusty_Miller_(Parallel_Academy), and from reading her kit, I feel like she's a good unit for long battles with somewhat decent to good scaling (crit damage boost and boss damage boost per x3 crits), and I'm building a intercept team so I think I may give her all my ampules to make her strong ? I'm a bit worry about anti-crit debuffs tho, her kit is 70% crit.

Killing raid bosses gives nothing more. That's why anyone can get the best rewards from the strongests raid bosses no matter their level.
Event have pretty consistent rewards. Some are a bit better than others but not that much. Only recently, somes are really better since they offer a lot of 6* aqua fragment for turning them into aqua crystals. But they are very rare.

Dusty Miller (Parallel Academy) looks nice. Good crit buffs but yes, she is so weak to enemies immune to crit. You just have to not use her on crit immune enemies . It's like intercept teams. They are awesome but are useless on enemies with high precision buffs.
I wouldn't gives her ampule. I think it's better to give them to offensive or defensive girls rather than support girls. But I may be wrong and I don't want to give you bad advices.

Also, another girl you must get promoted to 6* is the event 5* Rainbow Rose. She was ultimate top tier in her golden age. She was killed by power creep and great ability rework among many others but she is still one of the best promoted 5* and really cheep to get.

I'm upgrading my Rainbow Rose, she's at her 3rd stage now and Rainbow Growth Stone seems to be a wall for me atm, gotta roll gacha to get more but I still feel like I need to wait for a good 300 FS banner before doing that, because I really need OP units like Corbett, Pavonia, Adlay, Zinnia... The current 300 FS banner doesn't look good to me I think and I don't have a lot of FS, I'm not sure if 300 FS banners are common or rare ?

Right now it's Bamboo turn to be in the ancient flower knight re-gacha. Corbett will be in the next (cost 5oo FS though, not 3oo). She will be there before spring I guess. Adlay and Zinnia may never came again. Or at least, not before a little while.
Pavonia is only available in the Rainbow Medal shop for 300 of them. Here again, just wait and see. And pray to see her comming soon. But I think she will show in the second half of the year. Maybe even after summer.
3oo FS gacha are not really rare or common. They are mainly available for special holidays like Chirstmas, Summer (with Swimsuits), etc. The guaranteed next one will be for Valentine event with Valentine girls. Then, we should have Easter on... easter, Brides in June, several Swimsuit across Summer, Halloween, several popularity contests winners, Christmas and New Year again.
Random 3oo gacha may appears out of nowhere like the recent Cattleya house one but thoses are much rare and imprevisibles.
But things may change at anytime depending on devs and marketing team will.
