The jp wiki says her bloom ability is 10% chance of critical hit for all party members(stackable up to 80%) and 1.2% skill activation based on affection.

Oh, and you forget to mention that her first ability become : +18% Attack power for all Squad members. and Increase Attack Power by 9% each time a Battle Skill is used (up to 54%).

Indeed, I was just looking at her bloom ability.

Oh my, they made her an even more perfect member for a trigger squad, lol. And she maxes out a much higher ATK bonus most probably on the second turn already, instead of at the end of the third turn if you're lucky.
