Do you guys know if her Bloomed Ability replaces her 1,2 Skill Activation Ability?

Would be n1 if she still has her Skill modifier...

No it does not replace her 1.2 skill activation ability. Blooming a Gold just adds an extra ability so they don't replace their old abilities at all. Blooming a rainbow buffs one of their original abilities and adds 2 extra abilities as well.
