I can't specific how often they do since my native community give a lot of variety intel to me.
Some said 2-3 time per year, and some said it's at least 6 per years.

Hi! i need some advices again. Whatis/are the bests things to buy with Bond Crystal for a ~lvl40 player? Should I use them for D medals already? Or should i keep them? Or use them for bloomed gifts since they are rare?

During my time I trade for danjou medal to trade for manyu in other tap.

Well as some newbie advice, I think bond crystal is for D medal only. You can use life crystal for bloomed gift. (Kinda expensive however, and you may want it for skillbloom instead)
