There's no reason to convert them to high seeds unless you have a massive surplus and want to get the EX equipment for collection purposes. The high +10 rings max out at 1670 attack vs medium's 1507 while other types are still placeholders until you get event/whale equips.

I have more 700k of them. I guess it's a kind of surplus. Also, high braclet could be good for counter units. But I guess you're right, it's a bit useless to convert them.
