seems to be:
attack increased by 25% for 2 people, dodge enemy attacks (75% for 2 turns then 40%)
defence increased by 15% for the party (damage reduction increased by 3.0%)

Tsubaki or Camillia will become some kind of dodging+defend unit after bloom.
She can buff 25% ATK for herself and one more party member.
She can dodge attack for 75% in first turn and 40% for second turn and so on.
She can buff 15% DEF for all party and can reduce damage for 3%

And her active skill do 1.7 damage to all enemy.

On 14/7 or tomorrow DMM FKG will be on maint during 14.00-17.00 JP time (+9 GMT)
They will reset Money trade shop and add part 2 of summer event.

okay seriously, second half comes pretty quick, still can't fully clear set 8.

It's possible FKG DMM staff may on vacation.
My junior said it's super hot right now in Japan.

My friend told me in the past it's has some kind of this situation.
They just go for vacation or so... they announce they will be gone...
the current event during that time will go for one more week...
and tons of compensation fly around after that blah... blah... blah...
Not sure it's true or not.
