So as it seems that most people either agree or dont care about the date lets take the middle of the month by a storm.
15-16 September (Weekend) will be the day, unless some people are not able to participate at all, in which case we can always set a different date ;)
Due to timezones and all that fun I would recommend posting the results on Sunday evening for those who feel like more favourable winds are blowing on the 16th rather than 15th.
