Well since maotd rolled Rainbows on his Alt i reactivated my own Alt Account and tried a few rolls.

Might be even a hidden value in the coding of this game. It basically says "the longer you take a break the better your rolls get lol".
There was a guy on himeuta who never got a rainbow until he took a break and after that he had an insane Rainbow spree.

I'm all in for this theory though.
I was rolling gacha at least once or twice a month - always got either salt or golds, not a single rainbow for... half a year, maybe even more. I got salty and stopped rolling for a few months, saved up a bunch of gems, and suddenly - one rainbow after another.
After spending a bit on Radiant Cattleya and this event's gacha, I can say it seems my luck is going back to normal levels.

But that's just a theory. A gacha theory.

As I previously mentioned, I also suspect that's the case.
At least I hope so once the discounted gacha comes around.
