Now that the flower memory gacha is back for the time being I went ahead and did a 11 pull. I only ended up with two new memories but at least one of them is a 6* memory:

Been a long time since I got a Rainbow

The first pull from the RG gacha was a bust but the second pull gave me two new golds (Iris and X-Mas Night Phlox) along with a dupe of Idol Anemone:

Took a shot at the bonus memory seed gacha. Didn't regret it.

I already learned from Nutaku that step-ups are evil, but this Autumn '19 step-up promo on DMM seems to include 11 rolls with:
Step 1: 1 centy (worth 25 rainbow medals or ~500 yen?)
Step 2: 1 6* equip flower (regular promo is worth 3k yen)
Step 3: 1 6*/5* exchange ticket (regular 6* ticket promo is worth 5k yen)

If I got it right that it's 2k yen per step (hopefully someone can confirm the details), then I'll get 8,400 yen worth of stuff for 6k yen? That actually looks great of a deal then.

Most likely 2k per step, but not 100% sure. But you are right, it does look very good.
