First, no 5* version for 2*, 3* and 4* winners and now,no more Moneti, including missing bloomed artworks. This poll event is just full of salt and deceptions.

Well, technically a lower rarity girl can still get a 5* version if she gets a top spot not within the rarity ranking, but the overall one, however unlikely that is.
