Tampala - Marks the racers who'll take high and low places regardless of their odds

From Burning Bush's prediction we know x100 has a chance to win.
Tampala agrees, marking x10 as the one who'll take the other place in the top 2.
Either x10 or x100 is our winner this time.

RESULTS: x100, x10, x50, x20, x30

Iwarenge - Predicts if the top 2 most popular racers (x10, x20) will break into the top 2 places
Balsam - Marks racers who'll do worse than their odds suggest

If I'm reading this right, Iwarenge says that only x10 will make it to the top 2.
Balsam marks x10 and x20 - these racers won't take the first spot.
Anyone of the remaining racer can win this one.

RESULTS: x30, x10, x20, x50, x100

Calla - Predicts the results of racers who were not given a double circle or special mark from the other predictors
Green Bell - Correctly predicts the relative order of 3 racers

Green Bell marked x20 before x10 before x30, making x20 a possible winner.
Calla marked x30 and x10 and since those predictions overlap, both of them won't be winning the race for sure.
The race will probably go to x20, but there are no rules denying x100 and x50 from winning.

Apparently during the livestream, devs said they're planning on bringing back Swan Boat events sometime in the future.
