Green Bell - Correctly predicts the relative order of 3 racers

Green Bell marked all the other racers, so her prediction won't help in determining the winner.
The victory goes to either of Tampala's predicted racers.

Apparently during the livestream, devs said they're planning on bringing back Swan Boat events sometime in the future.
