On one hand, I got a rainbow (and a new 4* girl i'll just get flower gems from).

On the other hand, she's a duplicate and I'm wondering if I can use more than one of her or should just feed her as equip/skill fodder...

up to you if it's a waste of 50 flower gems...

Unless your Sakura was 5/4, getting a dupe is never a waste. Alternatively, you can use the duplicate in two squads for RB boss events for extra damage.

I haven't got my first rainbow dupe yet and Im sitting on 10 Rainbows so far (more than half I bought NG deals)

I've had two rainbow dupes (Cherry and Sakura, albeit in separate gachas) and I can remember getting two other 6* Knights from a gacha pull (Nerine was my first ever 6* as part of a 50 gem pull during the event she debuted in and I picked up Kerria around the start of July last year).
