Yes, but the problem is, that one of the two may overwrite one or more of the panels of the other. So if there's only 2 or 3 empty panels available, you may end up with only the panels of one of them. When there's more panels available, you may get the full set for each, but it's also still possible that one overwrites one or more of the others' panels, leaving you with one full set of panels, but only 1-2 from the other, or even none.
