Oh goodness, I bought the 6* ticket and now I don't know who to spend it on (Honestly I'm wondering if its possible to save it for next event and get the shrine maiden Lycoris, but I don't think it's possible).

I'm getting ready for next event as well, 200 gems stored and won't hesitate to use them! Lets see if we get lucky!

If the shop closes or some error happens, the staff might not be able to help you. or at least act like they cannot

Oh, I can tell you with certainty because I always pay attention to that specific situation; the ticket exchanges always close before new girls can be implemented. So yeah......ain't gonna work

Well I took Fritillaria at the end (I was thinking between her, Maple and Victoria), and its a shame that you can't keep the ticket.

To add onto this: They pointed out over on Discord that you shouldn't save the ticket because it isn't going to last too long. Use it now while you have the chance.

Took advantage of the daily $2 deal to add Nigella to the collection. I'm on a roll lately

Well that's unfortunate; didn't expect the Christmas event to get pushed up earlier than the actual Christmas.

Guess I gotta wait a few more weeks for the shrine maidens.

I looked into it and this isn't the Christmas event. It's the event that leads into the Christmas event. We gotta wait till January for the shrine Maidens. Possibly the second half of January if they put the New Years Event in early as well.
