I'm also in Australia and my bank has had no issues with Nutaku... who do you bank with? Westpac is who i'm through and they are one of the big 4 so they should be in whatever area you are from.

Before I just can not use the page to buy gold, the page shows that I am a scam, the transaction can not be established, but did not directly block my account.
But your account seems to solve the problem, if no way to buy tokens; perhaps you can go to http://probiller.com/support/default/EN and use START CHAT.
I had a purchase 500 NG purchase through the normal Pro biller blocked for some reason after buying 500 for my alt account.
After a few tries it sent me to an alternate biller which charged about 70 cents more in AUD.
I have had to block my credit card as I had an unauthorised purchase last month of $1,280 AUD which my bank refunded me. I only use that credit card on NG, Paypal and Steam so not sure how the details got stolen.
I have a free ally slot to offer on the Nutaku account if anyone is interested (and quite a lot on the DMM one).
