No, way more simple than that - I've just run the 6-4 map and 5-5 map and compared the amount of medals received.
The ones you're comparing are only the one-time rewards for the full mission clear.

I have added the rewards for missions 6 as soon as I finished them

damn, 2 bloom rainbows really got you up to 100 K, Miko Satela - shit, I ran outta amphies for Sakura

None of the pink hair rainbows have a bloom but man, it's hard to get amphies

they just get more pricey, I havwn't dne any whaling in DMM - don't think I will
