it's basically a play on a LOT of anime. the comedy anime sometimes bring it up, like hyperdimension neptunia, or gabrial dropout. but it happens in almost anything that has naked girls but isn't a hentai. just SOMETHING covers the naughty parts.

Correct, Hyperdimension Neptunia was the one it's referencing. I've seen a lot of Anime but few actually bring up the censorship in the show and that one is the only one i've seen to date out of hundreds that says 'Mysterious light beams'.

HH What was that second one... I recognise it but cannot remember the name off the top of my head.
