On the gacha content page (items list), if you go on page 9, there should be a button on the bottom to go to next page. That's how I unlocked it.Quote:

I cleared all the event gacha pages already with 551 Paddling Oars (!) to spare. The card game events are the longest to complete in my opinion, and easiest is arguably Raid Boss ones.
Even by anime grind your waifu standards things are getting a wee bit better written(a little better) and the special map effect for bubble magic is a nice touch.
