You wanna see something even more strange, try sending the team you had her equipped too on a mission... I have 2 groups where she was being used and one tells be I have no parties and no team slots unlocked while the other says I have 3/4 teams. If you remove her by doing a auto fill by anything then they all work as intended again.... very odd bug.

I think I add something like that on my 1st try of event mission: after selecting a helper squad, the 5th squad showed an empty slot with a "Please edit"-like message, then the game froze during loading.
After that, no problem.
