Thread: Testing Raffles

    Testing Raffles

Just started a raffle that will last for a few days. This is mainly a test to see how it all works.

Entry is just 1 credit, 3 winners would split the total entry pool 60/30/10.

There are quite a few available options for these raffles as far as how the payouts are handled and where the payout amounts are coming from. I could preset a specific amount of credits to be available as the prize, for example.

Just go to the Raffles navtab and you can find it in there.

I might be missing something obvious, but I am not seeing anything obvious to click to enter the raffle. Restricted by user group maybe?

Yes, sorry. There was a usergroup permission setting that defaulted to "No" aside from administrator. There should now be a link, as shown in the attachment.

Ok, looks like it is working now. Thanks.

I should mention that multiple entries are possible, up to 10 per person. With a required 5 minutes in between entries.

Sounds cool. I have entered twice.

A lot of members have appeared in the past 2 days. Wondering if it would be good to start running regular raffles here soon.

The current raffle is restricted, or apears to be anyway. Just wanted to let you know.

That one has not started yet. The date is set for 7-14. I was needing to cancel that one anyway, as it was auto scheduled after the first test was finished.

Forget to check the date, sorry about that.

P.S. I was looking into doing pixel art for your emoji problem but I have no idea what quality of work you are looking for. (I'm a beginner)
