Honestly, I think Sengoku Providence is one of the more friendlier environments for F2Prs from my experience.
But besides that, I mean it defines what you consider P2W I think. Do you consider a game P2W if there's PvP/a competitive scene or if it just has exclusive content F2P could never get. Because technically if you were to spend a ton of cash on any of the games around here you could just 'win' progression; that's just the nature of the beast.
I haven't played Aegis for more than a week because I'm not a big fan of TD but also because I just didn't like the overall feel of it. But I don't really see how it differs from most of the other games in the P2W department. It's just that some games offer more 'viability' to free players whilst some others restrict more (Pussy Saga being one of the worst IMO).
Other than that, from what I gather on how you describe the games you already tried; I would think you only like Aegis because of it's core mechanic; being a TD game (feel free correct me if I'm wrong; cause I don't get the craze behind this game). Anyway, I'll list down the remaining (not dead) games for you and tell you my opinion or what I know; bear in mind, I may not have played any of them long enough if even at all to warrant a fair view.
Kamihime Project
I'd say the best bet though I might be a bit biased because it's my main game around here. Regardless I think it's very fair to F2P'ers as personally I don't have anything special that I wouldn't or couldn't have gotten if I didn't spend anything on the game. Also there's no competitive or PvP scene anyway only co-op of the sorts. Though it can be a bit more time-consuming than other games if you want to maximize efficiency during events.
Dragon Providence
Couldn't get over the phone resolution but from what I've experienced, a whole lot like Idol Wars.
Sweet State
Couldn't get over the art style and felt like just a zerg swarm of clicking through quests.
Big Bang Empire
It's a bit like Harem Heroes and a typical Facebook waiting game? Could be worth checking out if you're into those type of games.
Phantasma Magic
Bit like HuniePop puzzle/match 3 but with turn-based combat and without the vertical/horizontal restriction (e.g. you can just move a piece from the bottom left corner to the top right, which could be considered fair because your attacks are based on what color(s) you match and how). Somewhat interesting but I've done like 2 quests and got bored of it because it reminded me of a more tedious X-Overd which also got dull after a while.
Girls on Tanks
Loads like a turd through a funnel for some reason but from what I gather it's like advanced wars. Could be interesting but personally I can't bother myself with the loading times and buggy navigation overall.
Everlasting Summer
Visual Novel..? I have a ton of these on Steam unfinished.. never tried it to begin with.
I also still play Harem Heroes for about the same reason. Stopped Crush Crush because it's essentially an idle game and I've 'finished' it already on Steam.
In all fairness, I may not be the best of judges here like I mentioned and somebody with more time in these games could shed a brighter light upon them; but consider it my two cents for your question if nothing else. Hope it helps you out ;3
