I have the Lisa citizen card, but I still need 2 more citizen cards of Lisa to max it, but I have farmed all the Lisa citizen cards in the Campaign, is there any other way to get more of Lisa citizen card?

Probably buying gems and converting gems into cards you have a small chance...
