1+2+3+4+5+... is correct. What's happens when us using more than required level is because the previus Lv was not at maxed.

Ok, I think I figured out how the cost works. Disclaimer, my maths classes weren't in english.
Basically:
-The base cost for the first point is 10. It's important.
-Each other time you press the upgrade button, the cost increase by one. It gives something like 10 -> 11 -> 12 -> 14 -> 16 -> 19 -> 22 -> 26, etc. You can also say it increase by 0,5 each time, but then rounded down.
Just with that, it's easy to do an excel with the cost of all points. I tried to do a bit more.
Let's call Y0 the first point (it cost 10)
Let's call Yx the cost of the X+1th point. Be careful, X99 will be the 100th point, not the 99th!
Y0 = 10
Y1 = Y0 + (x+1) * 0,5 = 10 + 2*0,5 = 11
Y2 = Y1 + (x+1) * 0,5 = 11 + 3*0,5 = 12
Y3 = Y2 + (x+1) * 0,5 = 12 + 4*0,5 = 14
Y4 = Y3 + (x+1) * 0,5 = 14 + 5*0,5 = 16
And so on.
But then, it is also:
Y0 = 10
Y1 = Y0 + (x+1) * 0,5 = 10 + 2* 0,5 = 11
Y2 = Y0 + (x+1) * 0,5 + x * 0,5 = 10 + 3*0,5 + 2*0,5 = 12
Y3 = Y0 + (x+1) * 0,5 + x * 0,5 + (x-1)*0,5 = 10 + 4*0,5 + 3*0,5 + 2*0,5 = 14
Basically, it means it it: Yx= Y0 + 0,5 * (Sum of every number between 1 and x, dunno how to say that in english)
It is where i'm annoyed to simplify the calculation.
Y4= Y0 + 0,5* (1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5) = ... 17 instead of 16.
It's because you have to round down each time and not at the end of the calculation. And it means if you do it at the end (Because it's MUCH faster), you need to remove 1 at the result every 4 times (Because twice it doesn't need to be rounded down, and another time it's already compensated).
So, basically, if you want something working:
Price of the Xth point (Which is Y(x-1)) = 10 - (X/4) + 0,5 (x+1) * x /2 = 10 + ((x * (x+1)) - x)/4 = 10 + x² / 4
For instance, you max the lvl 13 with the 78th point. Shurato says it cost 1531.
Y77= 10 + 78² /4 = 1531
Another example, you max the lvl 14 with the 91st points (2080 according to Shurato):
Y90= 10 + 91² / 4 = 2080
Sum of each term.
It will be something like, for the cost of every points from 1 to Yx:
(x+1)*10 + 0,25 *(1²+ 2² + 3² + ... + x²)
= (x+1)*10 + 0,25 *(x-1)* x* (2x-1)/6

Guys i need to use my stamina points. But Nothing to do it Right Now. Not playing many times vs Harem boss to get other girls.
Right Now i need just 1,000 xp to go Lv23. If i not used energy points sometimes vs Harem boss , I should be at level 23 right now.
Please Devs make something for us spend staminas points.
Well, finished the story, didn't push very hard, level 18. Gonna keep rolling for the 3 girls I'm missing while I'm waiting for the new content.

Been using my money on great pachinko, and I got 3 sets now, excluding pets for Know-How & Charm. The extra affection & xp books are bonus, I stated with 300K, and its addicted been doing it for 20mins now xD
My bits of feedback.
I think the stamina costs in stories is fine, and I think the rate at which stamina regens is fine, but I think the stamina cap is way too low. This game would work well as something you check in on 2-3 times a day and advance a few frames, but my stamina currently fills up in under 3 hours and is expended getting through just 3 lines of the same frame. Same deal with battle points and harem earnings. For a game that requires so little interaction most of the time, it requires far too much attention, doing the same simple tasks: collect earnings, advance 1-2 stages in the story, fight dark lord twice, come back an hour later and do it again. The pacing wouldn't change by increasing these pools and people wouldn't be any less motivated to spend money refilling to speed things up, you'd just get slightly less traffic.
The koban cost for collecting earnings, while completely silly and I don't imagine anyone using, is fine with me. What's not fine is that it's not made clear that it's costing 2 kobans instead of adding 2. At first I thought it was great that the girls slowly generate kobans as well as money, it made the koban prices for other things not seem so ridiculous, and I spent like 12 kobans collecting earnings before realizing it was a cost not a gain. It feels like this is a trap to intentionally make people spend their starting kobans before being able to roll the gatcha, and it worked on me, congrats.
Other than that I actually enjoy the art and story and while I'm still only late in the Gems Kingdom and have 0/3 girls from Dark Lord, I'm already looking forward to see what new content is added. Hopefully a bunch more girls and other ways to earn them, like some easier to get early options for those of us with terrible luck.
After a few matches frustrating me trying to get the girls, I went back again to play Harem Battles.
Lv23 now Xp 48.577 / 55.110.
Update.
Sometimes a bonus Xp helps. This Lv the current xp gain is 33 for minor, 66 for normal, and 132 for bonus. Hope Lv up again tomorrow.
