If they are unable to understand that cheaper prices would get them a lot more money, they are guilty of not doing that and enhance their business. The vast majority of players probably will frown, but then they would simply continue to play without spending a simple dime on this game. Devs loss.
Maybe devs just don't beleive in life outside of ES and US.
