in the wiki does not say anything relevant, only puts:
sooner or later bla bla bla A random drop.
while some users say it is random, others say they should be girls of the same type of judge, and others say that is the position, etc.

There is no trick in getting girls, literaly. The chances of dropping are RNG. While you say they're "puts" they're true facts as goes for every basic question

Indeed, as of now, no one knows if there is a trick or not at all. Everything players have said so far are based on experience, and as such we cannot guarantee you that one technique is better than another. It is more likely, like Greetingz said previously, pure RNG luck.
