I watched heaps of anime with the harem tag and none would come into my mind for a bunny. Maybe I'm too recent thinking

A Bunny could be Sailor Moon, but it is a shôjo manga.
(Usagi Tsukino, Sailor Moon, means Bunny from the moon in japanese)
