to go back to the original point, (level 40 cap, exp being useless).. How do you KNOW its useless? Extra xp given to the girls is counted (you see it the next time you level), so for all you know- the cap might be lifted, and you end up being level 43 from all the xp you earned...
Unless they had a lower cap earlier, and you were on it?
