Has anyone obtained a girl with the contest?

In theory, it seems that it is possible. At least if you read the following with Eternal rivalry.

Old opponents are a chance to become aware of your progression. Fight against trolls you already encountered during your adventure to compare. Who knows? One of their girls, who was still hesitating might join your harem this time.

Maybe they meant that if you still haven't get all girls from trolls while fighting they may drop.
They didn't say a girl maybe won by contest
