I don't get one girl from previous event and received first one on the first day. So it's Random and sometimes he just hates you.

I got no Halloween 2016 girls, all of Xmas 2016 gurls, all of the Valentine's Girls, one of the Easter girls

that excludes Pachinko since I haven't use Kobans on it yet

Actually, I wasn't able to get Xmas girls, but all Valentines and all Easters are in my harem :P ( yeah, I am bragging )

I don't get valentines, so I hope that in the next year we can get girls from previous events too.
