while I'm happy they saw it I'm not sure its really a hard thing to set one or all of the maps to be reset to let people who have nothing they can spend energy on be part of the contests to. I will concede they girls ideas would take a little more effort allowing you to dump book into them even wile at max level.

any rate i hope V2 isnt to far away im almost at level cap have gotten all my girls to my max level and am almost out of contect to spend energy as well. that basicly takes me out of most of your contects as well.

all of my girls are level 40 and i am still getting contest that i must give XP to them is there a way that ppl like me can avoid them until v2

While there is no way to avoid them, there is a way to give lvl 40 girls books. Although it doesn't count for the contest, so it's just useless... They really should just enable it and let it count despite not adding xp, it shouldn't be too hard. Just need to not disable it on level 40 and add the xp value to the contests point counter even if it doesn't let you actually give xp to the girl (so basically just counting it as "book with xp value of X was used" instead of "girl Y gained X xp"). :P

1. Actually player's exp counts for now.

2. Resetting girls or maps is a bad solution, so I think that we require adding some feature (like "individual lessons"), to transfer excess books to the "fist" power in a ratio of 1000 exp for 1 pow. Or maybe with linear progression: 1st pow per day - 1k, 2nd pow - 2k, 3rd pow - 3k and so on. And that exp must be added to the "girls experience" contests.

3. The same feaure can be added for transfering energy to the power in a rate of 10 E per 1 Pow. Or, which is better, with linear progression per day. For now it will be +8 pow per day for 360 energy. But actually it will require 36 hrs for recharging, so it would be +6-7 pow per day.

4. Or maybe it can be done in a simplier way by adding "Extra pachinkos" for rolling with books or energy.
Giveway lottery - player gives expirience for the non-harem girls and they give him something per some levels .
Spiritual jorney - player run forward in unknown world of himself which can give him some bonuses per 10 energy spent.
Rewards can include mojo, experience for player, items, adding energy or power, money and even cobans with a low rate (like 1 with 1% chance).

5. Another good option is adding "free" wondergirl, which requires some researching.
For example: Her cost in research points = 1000. Each book, spended on research have a chance (1/30 of exp costs) to add 1 RP, each travel with a cost of 10 energy have a chance of 5% to add one RP. Well, this will require at least two girls (second's cost must be a way higher) and arts for them, but players can roll with cobans for more research points.

I'm at 3 right now, and I still have a chance to do them... Still, the system needs a fix, and it shouldn't be too hard to implement some fix even if it's just a temp one. Like not giving contests that can't be done, or any of the other suggestions (there are some pretty good ones that are easy to code).
